I AGREE to the following marriage procedures:* 1) I will obtain a marriage license from the local county couthouse and submit it no later than seven days before the date of the Islamic marriage.

2) I will complete the Marriage Profile and Application Form, along with the Premarital Contract and submit these two forms no later in a timely fashion. (Both forms can be downloaded from www.zubaidafoundation.com, in the Marriage Service tab)

3) I understand that my fiance and I will need to complete a mandatory premarital counseling session before the nikkah ceremony. (My fiancé and I will read and review the Premarital Questionare that is also available on the ZF website prior to the counseling session)

4) My fiance and I will provide two witnesses for the Islamic ceremony.

*** I understand that ZF will not proceed with the Nikah until all paper work has been submitted, premarital counseling has been completed, and all logistical matters have been completed.
